Yes — that's a large part of what we do. Have the recipient's full name, TDCJ/inmate number, facility name, and housing unit ready when you order. Some items are restricted at certain facilities; if something in your order can't ship to a chosen facility, we'll flag it before your order is finalized. Because of facility security rules, we can't accept merchandise returned from an inmate address, so please double-check those details before ordering.

Most in-stock orders are processed within two business days after payment. Special-order, made-to-order, cut-to-length, request-pricing, and facility-restricted items may need extra confirmation or additional lead time, and we'll tell you what to expect. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, if you can, a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund and cover the return shipping. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.
